All three of us made it to Haven Hill today. The only new place we made it today was the island in the middle of Haven Hill Lake. There’s not much there (which isn’t to say there’s nothing there, though) and, as with so many of our finds, it created more questions.
Scott and I hiked around the north side of the park for the first time in the snow before meeting Rob atop the hill for some photos and video. We ran into a few groups out hiking today and confirmed what we already knew — if you give people information about Haven Hill, they’ll become even more interested in the place. Hopefully we’ll see them again on our upcoming History Hike.
